I had a great experience with Haven Roofing from start to finish. Jason was excellent to work with and did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Communication was always clear and timely, and I always knew what to expect and when. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, the quality of the work was excellent, and everything was completed on schedule. I was also really impressed with how well they cleaned up afterward. Once they were finished, you would hardly know a roofing crew had been there. It’s refreshing to work with a company that does what they say they’re going to do and takes pride in the quality of their work. I’m not gonna lie, when he first came to my door talking about my roof, I thought he was a scammer. 😂 I was VERY skeptical, so of course I had to do a little research on the company first. After checking them out, I decided to take a chance and I’m so glad I did! He told me he could help me deal with my insurance company, and he did exactly what he said he would do. After spending so many nights worrying, stressing, and even crying about how I was going to get my roof fixed, he came through and got me a new roof! I couldn’t be more grateful. I don’t usually post reviews but I wanted to make an exception this time for them Great Company to work with. Jason literally held our hands through all the claim process with our home insurance and was straightforward from the start. No BS, answered all of our questions and was always available for us Cant thank them enough for an easygoing process From Jason, to the roof workers all the way to Emily at the Company office Thank you guys! I can’t say enough good things about this roofing company. Both Mr. Gary and Mr. Brad, along with the rest of their crew, were absolutely amazing from start to finish and made the entire process of getting a new roof so easy and stress-free. Jason, Brad, and the entire Haven Roofing team are great people! Very knowledgeable, kind, punctual, answered every question that was asked, and answered calls text and help with any part of the process you need. Jason even took the time and had contacts to help ensure I got our roof done! They also reach out with any sort of inconvenience and very accommodating. Anyone who has roofing needs or an complete roof, I recommend Haven Roofing to all friends associates even coworkers. to any one who ask about roofing needs! Just had our roof replaced by Haven Roofing and we couldn’t be more pleased! The crew worked hard in this summer heat! We were given updates and encouraged to ask questions if we had any. Communication was never a problem! They even helped us solve a gutter problem we were having! They handled communication with our insurance company and guided us through that process.
